Fundraising support for Northern Ireland

Sarah Williams

As our Outreach and Engagement Officer, Sarah works with supporters living in Northern Ireland, providing advocacy and fundraising support across the region. She also works with health professionals, commissioners and the Northern Ireland Council in order to address gaps in neuromuscular services.

Before joining the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, Sarah worked at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist, and as a voluntary campaigner for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, (CSP). Sarah brings to the role valuable knowledge and understanding of the NHS, awareness and appreciation of the impact of recent changes in health care policy and experience of working with individuals from a multitude of backgrounds with a wide variety of needs.
