The boy in the video is Bradley Addison. He is six years old and has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, an incurable and life-limiting muscle disease.

Hi Bradley,
My name is Ken (an old Ken at 66) I've just seen the video that your Mum has done. I found out about six years ago that I have "Oculopharyngeal Muscular Dystrophy" and have had various treatments for it without succsess, but even at my age I feel very confident that your problem will be solved quicker than you may think. I have trawled the Webb for information over a long time and I'm convinced they are nearly there. So look after your wonderful Mum and don't ever give up, they will find a cure and you will make it I'm convinced.
