Tell us your story

Welcome to Tell us Your Story - the section of the website that's devoted entirely to you.

The Field Family, a team from the Mike Leonard Endurance Race and Sophie Hughes

We'd like to hear from people of all ages about what life is like living with a muscular dystrophy or a related neuromuscular condition. Your story can be about anything - a fundraising activity you organised, a new sport you've tried or advice on adapting your home. Not only does it give you the chance to share your experiences with others, it might also help someone in a similar situation or inspire people to try their hand at something new.
