Our information and support service is there to help you access information you might need. We provide a range of useful factsheets and publications in print that you can order from us or read and download from this site. You can also call our Information and Support Line on 020 7803 4800 or 0800 652 6352 or contact us on info@muscular-dystrophy.org
Information services
Information officers give information over the telephone, by fax, letter and email.Call 020 7803 4800 or 0800 652 6352 and ask for Information and Support Line. Open hours are Monday to Friday 9am-1pm and 2-5pm (closed on Bank Holidays). You can also leave a message on the answer machine. If costs are a problem, the Information Officers will call you back.

We aim to answer messages as soon as possible or the same day, emails within two working days and letters within ten working days.

Regional Care Advisors
A nationwide team of Regional Care Advisors can give specialist advice and support to families and adults with neuromuscular conditions. They are the link between the hospital and the home. They can help you deal with the various organisations such as Social Services and the National Health Service, ensuring you have the right help at the right time.More about Regional Care Advisors
