How the Regional Care Advisors work with people who have spinal muscular atrophy

The Jennifer Trust is the UK support group for people with spinal muscular atrophy and for their families.

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign works in conjuction with The Jennifer Trust, and individuals and families can belong to either or both organisations, as with the other condition specific organisations.
