Location: The South Downs
Make your muscles count by hiking for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign through England's picturesque South Downs on Saturday the 10 May 2008.

Just Walk is an exciting new sponsored UK charity walk for families, groups and individuals who are keen to get their walking boots on and experience a breathtaking hike and witness the beauty of the South Downs. You, your friends and your family can choose to participate in a challenging 20km hike or a whopping 60km trek.

Only 30 miles from London, the South Downs are a rolling-hilled, rural, utopian, wildlife-rich, walkers’ paradise! A perfect way to get fit, spend a Saturday and will no doubt leave you wanting to explore more of what the British countryside has to offer.

Once you have paid your registration fee, any money that you raise will go towards vital funding for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and you will help make a real difference to the lives of over 30,000 people in UK who are affected by muscle wasting conditions.

Your registration fee will support you for the day and will provide you with hot meals, power station refreshments, medical support if needed and all the costs of logistics, entertainment and safety aspects to make it a thoroughly enjoyable day that the organisers Across the Divide offer.
