Whitewater rafting is a truly thrilling adventure sport, and you don't even need any previous experience! You will be accompanied by an experienced instructor at all times who will provide you with all the equipment you need, and teach you everything you need to know.

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign are working with Skyline, the professional events organisers to bring you this exciting challenge. All you need to do is form a team of six to eight people, and once you are registered you will be on your way to steering the raft, choosing the best course down the river, and running those rapids!
