Create a page in celebration

Creating an online donations page is quick, easy and secure. It’s a positive and unique way to celebrate a special occasion whileraising money for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign's vital research and care programmes.

It should only take about 10 minutes to create your page. By following our simple instructions you can create a page personal to you. You can then email your family and friends the website link inviting them to visit the page and make a donation in honour of your event.

What you will need to do:

• Register with Justgiving - to do this you will need to provide your name, address, email address and choose a password.
  
• Choose a web address – this is the address donors will use to find your page and should be short and simple e.g. www.justgiving.com/your name
  
• Design your page – you will need to:
  1. Choose a page title
  2. Add a photograph (you can either add your own photo or select one of ours)
  3. Edit the personal message already on the page
  4. Write a thank you message which will automatically be sent to everyone who makes a donation through your page
  5. Decide if you would like to receive an email alert each time someone donates to your page

Once your page is published you can use the administration area to make changes to your page as well as view the messages that friends and family may have left.
