Examples of muscle madness

This is an example of what has worked so far.

One of our first Muscle Hero supporters, healthcare recruitment consultants BlueCare, kicked off the Muscle Madness with a ‘battle of the Muscle Heroes’.


They divided the whole company into 8 teams (including the bananaramas, the dark knights and the Pink Flamingos!) the team that raised the most money won.


Amongst their heroic fundraisers have been an old school tuck shop, a sponsored leg waxing, a face painting auction, a poker night at a local bar and a massive ‘Muscle Heroes sports day’ involving the whole company (including an egg and spoon race, space hopper race and even a tug of war).
