Create a page in memory

Creating an online donations page in memory is quick, easy and secure. It’s a positive way to remember a loved one whilst raising money for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaigns vital research programmes.

"It's quick, easy and secure"

It should only take about 10 minutes to create your page. By following our simple instructions you can create a page personal to you. You can then invite friends and family to visit the page and make a donation in memory.

What you need to do:

  • Register with Justgiving - to do this you will need to provide your name, address, email address and choose a password.
  • Choose a web address – this is the address donors will use to find your page and should be short and simple e.g. www.justgiving.com/the name of your loved one.
  • Design your page – you will need to:
    1. Choose a page title
    2. Add a photograph (you can either add your own photo or select one of ours)
    3. Edit the personal message already on the page
    4. Write a thank you message which will automatically be sent to everyone who makes a donation through your page
    5. Decide if you would like to receive an email alert each time someone donates to your page

Once your page is published you can use the administration area to make changes to your page as well as view the condolence messages that friends and family may have left.
