On Friday 15 September 2006 a dinner was held in memory of Mark Reynolds at the Cherwell Boathouse in Oxford. Mark had chaired The Q Trust from its inception in 2001 until he died suddenly in September 2005. Mark was a very spirited, successful and respected Chairman as well as a much loved man.

"The dinner raised £60,000"

The evening saw 120 of his family and friends gather at the Boathouse, a place that had been a favourite venue of Mark, his wife Jemima and their friends' during their time at the University of Oxford. The evening began with a champagne reception followed by a three course black tie dinner in the Boathouse’s wonderfully positioned marquee. Mark’s widow Jemima and close friend John Booth both spoke giving a fitting tribute to Mark as well as a reminder of the cause the evening was raising funds for. As Mark would have wanted, the evening was enjoyed by all and succeeded in raising over £60,000 for The Q Trust. Many thanks to everyone who attended for their generosity.
