Sponsorship and cause related marketing

Sponsorship

Partnering with us as a sponsor is another great way for you to support the charity and further increase brand awareness.

We have a wide range of sponsorship opportunities that will allow you to target new audiences and meet your marketing needs. Our sponsorship portfolio includes:

  • black tie events
  • high-profile fundraising events
  • parliamentary receptions
  • supporter conferences
  • social work and healthcare conferences
  • research conferences
  • care and support publications
  • awareness projects

Our experienced Marketing and Communications Team works closely with our partners to generate high quality local and national PR coverage (print, online and broadcast) to ensure public recognition of socially responsible companies.

There is also potential for celebrity involvement in appropriate fundraising events or project launches. In addition, we ensure our many supporters are kept updated with developments via social media platforms (such as Facebook and Twitter) and regular eNewsletters.

Cause related marketing

Have you ever bought a product because it supported a good cause? From luxury gifts to supermarket favourites, these items can be found everywhere.

This is cause related marketing, a mutually beneficial way for a company to publicly support a charity, boost sales and develop positive brand awareness.

We can work with you to identify an appropriate product. This could offer a clear demonstration of your commitment to good causes and may help you to reach new audiences with PR and advertising.

For example, in 2010, Proctor & Gamble (P&G) pledged to donate 5p to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign for each of their products sold in Tesco stores throughout the UK.

Following in-store promotions and a national television advertising campaign donated by Saatchi & Saatchi, six million items were sold in less than three weeks, raising £300,000 for the charity.
