A donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is a very special way to remember and honour the life of a relative or friend. Your donation will be used to give hope and support to all those families living with muscle disease.

You can arrange a collection yourself or make arrangements through a funeral director. Please make cheques payable to ‘Muscular Dystrophy Campaign’ and send to us at Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, 61 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HL.

This is quick and easy to set up. You can write a short tribute about the person you are remembering and add a photograph of them. Once created, you can email the link to all your family and friends who can then visit the page and make their donation online. This is especially helpful when people are unable to attend the funeral in person.
