Give in memory of someone special

A donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is a very special way to remember and honour the life of a relative or friend.  Your donation will be used to give hope and support to all those families living with muscle-wasting conditions.

You can arrange a collection yourself or make arrangements through a funeral director.  Please make cheques payable to 'Muscular Dystrophy Campaign' and send to us at Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, 61 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HL.

Setting up a tribute fund
