Trusts & foundations

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign has developed relationships with a wide range of charitable trusts and foundations to support key areas of our work. Our dedicated Trusts team liaise with trusts of varying sizes and funding priorities, to ensure their generous donations are put to best use on work that fits their interests and supports our aims effectively. These funders' invaluable contributions have helped us make a real difference to the lives of babies, children and adults affected by muscle-wasting conditions in the UK.

We are proud to have long-established relationships with a large number of trust funders - reflecting the vital importance and quality of the charity's activities. Our varied areas of work correspond to a huge range of interests, whether it be: supporting a research project advancing the search for treatments and cures; funding an item of equipment improving an individual's health and independence; supporting our young people's Trailblazers network - or many other possibilities

Funders may prefer to contribute to our longer-standing areas of work such as research and equipment funding, or to developing areas such as our new and growing advocacy service. Whatever their particular focus, our trust and foundation funders make an essential contribution to our activities.
