This is a pack produced by Department for Education and Skills in partnership with Department of Health,designed to help families with a child with special needs. Print copies are available free of charge to parents or carers with a baby or toddler. The pack contains two files.A Family file – designed to help families manage multiple contacts and co-ordinate any support being provided for their child.
A series of Background information booklets that explain to parents how services work and how to get help.
