Equipment, car and house adaptations can be very costly and you might need to look for different funding or grants to help meet the costs.

Funeral costs

When someone you love dies it is a very difficult time and to worry about funeral costs adds to an already stressful situation. If you are receiving benefits you might be entitled to help towards funeral costs from the Social Fund. You must make a claim to the Department of Work and Pensions within three months of the date of the funeral.
