Becker medical alert card

A medical alert card scheme has been launched by the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. The medical alert card is to be carried by people with the muscle wasting condition Becker muscular dystrophy.



Duchenne muscular dystrophy care card

The Scottish Muscular Network has produced a Duchenne muscular dystrophy care card. The card provides important information, such as the details of the person's own care team, and the names and telephone numbers of different support organisations.

Myotonic dystrophy alert card

The Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group has produced a medical alert card for people affected by myotonic dystrophy. The card gives anyone with the condition all the important medical information needed in a medical emergency.

OPMD medical alert card

The OPMD medical alert card allows space for the individual to add name, date of birth, emergency contact, telephone numbers, NHS No, the consultant's number and other information about the condition.
