Help us improve our services to schools

At any given time, there are approximately 2,500 children with muscular dystrophy or related condition attending schools in the UK. It is vital that we work together with schools and Local Education Authorities to ensure that these children are getting the best possible education.

This is why we want to hear from you. What do you think of the service we provide for schools? Have you found our publications helpful? Please fill in this survey and let us know what you found useful and what we could be doing better or differently.

We intend to publish the findings of this survey in January so the deadline is 5pm on Friday 13 January.
