Take on the Bupa 10,000
Are you a running enthusiast looking for your next race, or perhaps you're new to running and are looking for a challenge? Whatever your running ability, take on the Bupa London 10,000 on 27 May and make a difference to the thousands of people affected by muscle-wasting conditions across the UK.
Hayley is running the Bupa 10,000 in honour of her 15-year-old cousin, Dylan who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy. She said: "I am a little nervous about the run, as I am not a typically sporty person. I have never even done a 5k! However, now that my training is well underway, I am really starting to enjoy it.
"If you have been thinking of taking on your first 10k this year, please sign up and join me. You will be helping young people like Dylan."
Starting at St James's Park, running alongside the Thames to St Paul's and back towards the Mall, the Bupa 10,000 is a great way to take in London's landmarks.
