Olympic torchbearers for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign Supporters of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign will be among the 8,000 people who will carry the Olympic Flame some 8,000 miles around the country when the torch relay begins in May. Officials received almost 100,000 nominations for the 8,000 spaces.
